Free Dieline Templates & Dieline Design Service
A dieline is the flat blueprint of your box — every cut, crease and glue tab. Download a ready-made template below in SVG or PDF, drawn 1:1 in millimetres, or send us your dimensions and our structural engineers will draw yours for free in 24–48 hours.
Download Ready-Made Templates
Standard structures, drawn true to scale with the same conventions our die-makers work from: panels in order around the tube, flaps hinged on the right panels, glue flap where the carton joins. No signup, no email gate.
Each download is a true-size SVG (opens in Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Inkscape) or a print-ready PDF — and the line drawing previewed on every card is exactly the file you get: solid black lines are cuts, dashed blue lines are creases. Need a different size? Ask our engineers — or generate any custom size yourself with the box dieline generator.
Straight Tuck End
The workhorse folding carton — top and bottom tuck the same way.
Reverse Tuck End
Tucks from opposite ends — boxes stop pushing each other open when stacked.
One-piece Tray
Open-top tray with corner-locking tabs — rigid gift boxes, inserts and dividers.
Sleeve (Glued Tube)
Plain glued tube — wrap sleeve over a tray, band around a rigid box, or a starting point in Illustrator.

What You Get (Free)
- Custom structural dieline (AI + PDF) drawn to your product's exact dimensions — not a resized stock template
- 3D folding render so you can see the closed box from every angle before sampling
- Material & caliper recommendation — board thickness chosen for your product's weight and shipping method
- Revisions until the structure is right
Template or Custom Dieline?
The templates above are parametric: they are correct geometry for mock-ups, artwork layout, quoting and quick prototypes. What they cannot know is your situation — your product's real dimensions, the board thickness (a 1400gsm rigid box needs different clearances than a 300gsm carton), and how the box ships. A dieline drawn by the factory that will make the box accounts for all three — and because our engineers sit next to the die-cutting machines, they know what cuts cleanly and what cracks.
How to Request a Custom Dieline
- Send an inquiry with your product's dimensions (L×W×H — how to measure a box), weight, and box style — or just mail us a physical sample.
- Our engineer draws the dieline and 3D render — within 24–48 hours.
- You review, we revise, you approve. Then it goes straight to sampling (3–5 days) and production.
No obligation: plenty of buyers use our dieline with their local printer for samples and come back to us for production. We're fine with that — the dieline is yours.
Prepare Artwork Next
Once your dieline is approved, drop your design onto the layered file. Not sure about bleed or Pantone layers? Check the artwork requirements — or let prepress handle placement for you.

Browse Dielines by Style Code
Every structure we cut has a code page — opening a style shows the structure, typical materials and MOQ, and its dieline request takes one click.
Prefer to draw your own at a custom size? The box dieline generator outputs a 1:1 SVG you can open in Illustrator or print to PDF.
