Packing & Worldwide Shipping

Boxes only earn money when they arrive clean. Here's how we pack, what trade terms we offer, and what lands on your customs form.

How Your Boxes Arrive — Flat, to Save You Freight

Paper boxes almost never ship assembled. They travel folded flat and stacked, which is why factory-direct packaging costs a fraction of ready-made boxes — you're not paying to ship air.

  • Folding cartons — glued at the side seam but delivered completely flat, bundled in shrink wrap. Erecting one takes seconds on your packing line (or your co-packer's); no glue tape needed for auto-lock styles.
  • Corrugated mailers & kraft boxes — same deal: folded flat in bundles, tab-locked or taped into shape when you pack.
  • Rigid boxes — greyboard can't fold, so these arrive assembled and nested (lids and bases stacked inside each other), each set in a poly bag, luxury specs wrapped in foam or bubble for the journey. Nested rigid boxes take real volume — if freight is a concern, ask about our collapsible magnetic boxes, which fold flat and cut shipping volume by up to 75%.

Export Cartons & Pallets

  • Master cartons — double-wall corrugated, weight-balanced and load-limited so the bottom row never crushes; carton dimensions, pieces per carton and gross weight are provided for your warehouse planning.
  • Pallets for sea freight — cartons palletized and stretch-wrapped to survive the port handling chain; stacking height kept safe for long voyages.
  • Moisture care — poly bundling plus desiccants for sea voyages, so paper arrives the way it left.
  • Photo proof — you see photos of the actual packed cartons before the goods leave the factory.
  • Freight planning data — once production is done we send full packing data (carton count, dims, gross weight) so your forwarder can book the best rate.

Trade Terms

FOB ShenzhenWe deliver cleared goods onto your vessel at Shenzhen port; you handle freight from there. The term you require is the term the quotation states.
EXWGoods are ready for collection at our factory; you arrange pickup, export clearance and freight. Useful when you use your own forwarder.
DDPDelivered duty paid: we deliver to your door with import clearance and duties handled, quoted per destination.
CFR / CIFWe pay freight to your destination port; you handle import clearance and duties. CIF includes cargo insurance; CFR (also written CNF) is freight without it — arrange insurance before booking.

Loading ports: Shenzhen (Yantian / Shekou) and Ningbo. Printed paper boxes are usually declared under HS code 4819.20; your customs broker confirms the code for your market.

Air or Sea?

  • Air / express (5–8 days main leg) — for samples, launches and restocks when shelves are waiting. Higher cost per kg; ideal under ~150kg of goods.
  • Sea freight (22–30 days main leg) — the economical choice for volume. Book early for Q4 season; see the FAQ for peak-season lead times.

First import? Under FOB, full packing data lands with you the day production ends, any forwarder can quote the main leg from it, and nothing surprises you on our side of the journey. Rather not arrange freight at all? Ask for CFR or CIF and the cartons are delivered to your destination port — or DDP and they arrive at your door.

Documents You Receive

Every shipment comes with a full document set: commercial invoice, packing list, B/L or airway bill, certificate of origin — plus FSC certificate and MSDS when your product or market requires them. If you sell on Amazon, we label and pack to FBA requirements.
