What Happens at Each Step

Step 1 — Inquiry & Quotation

The more you tell us, the sharper the quote: box style (or product to package), dimensions, quantity, destination country, and any finish you have in mind. Don't have dimensions? Send a product photo — we'll propose the size. Every quote itemizes unit price, tooling (usually free for standard structures), and freight.

Step 2 — Dieline & Artwork

You approve the free dieline, then place your design on it (or we do). Our prepress team checks every file free — see artwork requirements. Nothing prints until you sign off a proof.

Step 3 — Sampling

You receive a physical sample to check structure, color and finish in your own hands. Sample cost is credited back on production orders in most cases. This is the moment to request changes — cheap now, expensive after production.

Step 4 — Production & QC

Mass production starts only after you approve the white mockup and sign the printed color sample — never before. Runs then execute under a 6-step QC process from incoming paper to final packing, inspected to AQL 2.5. You get photos of your actual order before it's packed — not stock photos.

Step 5 — Payment & Shipping

Standard terms are T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance against the B/L copy; L/C at sight for orders above US$100,000. We handle export documents: commercial invoice, packing list, B/L or airway bill, certificate of origin — plus FSC and MSDS when required. Small sample payments can also go by PayPal, Western Union or MoneyGram. Shipping options are detailed in Packing & Shipping.
