• MAN Roland and Heidelberg offset presses — 4- and 5-color sheet-fed offset (MAN Roland R904-7B and R9055, Heidelberg Speedmaster CP102, Roybi 754), sharp and color-accurate across large runs
• Five 5-ply corrugated board lines — in-house board production plus automatic slotting and die-cutting for mailers and shipping cartons
• Folder-gluer and UV coating lines — automatic carton gluing, plus UV spot and overall UV coating for gloss and raised highlights
• Automatic foil stamping, die-cutting and laminating lines — hot foil, embossing and soft-touch finishes done in-house, on schedule
• Dedicated rigid-box line — gluing, wrapping and hand-assembly for magnetic closure and drawer boxes, the structures that tolerate no glue marks or misalignment
• In-house structural engineering — free dielines, 3–5 day sampling, and quick revisions until the structure is right

What We Customize (OEM / ODM)

Size & structure, board thickness (350–1800gsm), printing (offset / screen / digital), finishes (hot foil, spot UV, embossing, soft-touch, matte/gloss lamination), inserts (foam, velvet, molded pulp) and packaging of your choice. We do not produce plastic or fabric packaging.
