Summary for B2B Importers & Brand Procurement:

Shenzhen E-Yue Manufacturer Co., Ltd. operates exclusively in the B2B packaging sector. We only collect professional business contact details (name, corporate email, phone/WhatsApp, company, destination port) strictly to prepare factory price quotations, evaluate packaging dielines, and fulfill international trade contracts. We never sell, monetize, or disclose your corporate data.

  • Contractual Necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)): Preparing quotations, 3D design assistance, physical sampling, and freight coordination.
  • Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): Mitigating spam through Cloudflare Turnstile, network security, and fraud prevention.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): Explicit consent for non-essential cookies via our Cookie Consent banner.

3. Buyer Statutory Rights (GDPR Articles 15–22)

Under the EU GDPR and UK Data Protection Act, you possess the right of access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, and data portability. Contact our DPO at [email protected] to exercise these rights.

4. Inquiry Records & Retention

When you submit a quote form, your inquiry is emailed to our sales team and archived in our own database (Cloudflare D1) under the same fields you filled in, so quotations can be prepared, referenced and followed up. Together with the inquiry we record server-side network data (IP address, country, region, city, and your local time at submission) and the pages you viewed during that visit with the time spent on each, your traffic source or campaign, and whether it was your first visit — for spam prevention, to verify the inquiry source, and to understand which of our pages a buyer found useful before writing to us. This visit context is kept in your browser only (session/local storage) and is read when you submit the form; it is never shared with third parties. In the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland it is recorded only after you accept analytics (Section 5); in other regions it is on by default and can be switched off via the footer "Cookie Settings" link. Records are kept only as long as needed for quotation and contract purposes. To request a copy or deletion of your inquiry record, email our DPO at [email protected]; we action such requests within 30 days.

5. Analytics

For visitors from the EU/EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we load two measurement services only after you click "Accept" in our cookie banner: Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.) for anonymized session replays and heatmaps, and Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) for aggregate traffic statistics. Clicking "Decline" — or doing nothing — keeps both services completely unloaded. The inquiry visit context described in Section 4 is likewise recorded in those regions only after you accept. Alongside those services we keep our own first-party event log — which pages were opened, which quote buttons, contact links and dieline template downloads were clicked, and whether a quote form was started or submitted — stored against a random session ID with no name, email or other identifying details attached. It follows the same consent rule as the services above and is used only to understand where the website works well and where buyers get stuck.

Visitors from other regions are not shown a consent banner, because analytics consent is not legally required there: the two services load by default, the visit context and the first-party event log described above are recorded by default. In those regions you can switch both off at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the page footer (click "Decline"), and browsers sending a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal are treated as having declined. The site remains fully functional either way. See our Cookie Policy for the cookies involved and how to change your choice.
