Packaging Solution

Honey & Jar Gift Packaging

Honey, jam and jarred foods are bought as gifts as often as food. The structures below are ones we already produce — round kraft tubes sized to a standard jar, window canisters and bottle carriers — with food-safe options and print that suits a farm shop or a premium brand. Customizable in size, board and finish.

What Honey & Jar Gift Packaging Must Survive

Packaging fails differently in every industry — these are the failure modes we design against for honey & jar gift packaging.

A glass jar needs protecting, not just wrapping

Glass chips and cracks in transit. A tube sized to the jar plus a fitted insert or divider keeps it from rattling, and the outer carton should be rated for the full filled weight.

Sticky leaks and label damage

Honey and jam can weep at the lid. A board that tolerates a light drip, or an inner sleeve, protects the print and keeps the outer pack clean.

Gift-season spikes

Honey and preserves sell most in autumn and the holidays. Planning artwork, sampling and production ahead of the peak keeps your range on the shelf in time.

Shelf look in a farm shop or online

A kraft tube reads handmade; a printed or foil-banded one reads premium. Matching tube, label and carton keeps a range of flavors looking like a set.

Match Your Use to a Structure

Each row pairs a real use case with the structure we recommend — and a real model from this catalog.

Materials & Finishes That Fit Honey & Jar Gift Packaging

Recycled kraft tubes are sized to the jar; add a paperboard insert or divider to hold the jar still inside the tube.

Food-grade board with an aqueous coating protects print from light drips while staying recyclable with paper in most programs.

Natural kraft pairs well with one-color stamping and jute or ribbon details for a handmade look.

Jarred foods are packed in glass, and the paper tube is secondary packaging. Where paper touches food directly we use food-grade board and can provide SGS test reports on request.

Honey & Jar Gift Packaging — Common Questions

Do you size tubes to a specific jar?
Yes — send the jar dimensions or a sample and we draw a tube with the right inner diameter and height for your approval before production.
Can the pack have a window or a handle?
Window canisters are available in kraft; for carrying bottles, a handled carrier is a separate structure — ask and we propose the right one.
Will my label design print well on kraft?
Yes — one to two spot colors print cleanly on natural kraft; use a white-faced wrap for a full-color design.
What is the MOQ?
1,000 pcs per design, with unit price stepping down at 3,000, 5,000 and 10,000+ pcs.
