Custom Box Printing Services

All printing happens in our own factory — no outsourcing, no middleman. That means one team controls your color from artwork to finished carton, and revisions don't wait on a third party.

Printing Processes We Run

Offset (MAN Roland & Heidelberg, 4–5 color)The workhorse for custom boxes. Sharp detail, exact Pantone matching, and consistent color across thousands of sheets. Best for production runs of rigid boxes, cartons and mailers.
DigitalNo printing plates, fast setup. Ideal for plain-to-color samples, short runs and market testing before you commit to a big order.
Screen PrintingThicker, raised ink laydown for specialty effects and substrates that offset can't cover.
Flexo (Corrugated)Direct-to-corrugated printing with water-based inks — the economical choice for shipping mailers at volume.

Surface Finishing

Finishing is what makes a box feel expensive. We run all of the following in-house:

  • Hot foil stamping — metallic gold, silver, rose gold, or pigmented foils for logos and accents
  • Spot UV — high-gloss raised highlights against a matte background
  • Embossing & debossing — raised or pressed-in logos and patterns, with or without foil
  • Lamination — matte, gloss or soft-touch film that also protects the print from scuffs
  • Varnish / AQ coating — economical rub protection for cartons and kraft boxes
  • Window patching — clear PET, PVC or PP windows for retail display boxes
  • Silk-screen & glitter — raised screen-printed ink and glitter-powder effects for decorative accents

Inserts & Accessories

The fittings that complete a gift or presentation box, made and fitted in-house:

  • Magnets & ribbon — hidden magnetic closures and grosgrain or satin ribbon pulls
  • EVA foam & sponge — die-cut cavities that hold the product still
  • Plastic trays & paperboard dividers — for multi-item sets and retail packs

How We Keep Your Color Right

  1. Prepress check — our team reviews your artwork against the dieline and flags color or resolution issues before anything prints (free).
  2. Proof — a digital render for layout approval, then a physical printed sample so you judge the real color and finish in your hands.
  3. Production match — Pantone numbers are matched on press; for brand-critical colors we keep the ink formula on file so your reorder matches.

Choosing a Process

  • Ordering 1,000–5,000 pcs of a premium box? Offset on greyboard with lamination — unit cost stays low and quality is retail-grade.
  • Testing a new design? Digital sample first, then offset for production.
  • Printing corrugated mailers at volume? Flexo with water-based ink keeps you under budget; upgrade to offset-laminated paper for photographic print quality.

Unsure which combination fits your budget? Send us your design and quantity — we'll reply with a process recommendation and pricing within 24 hours. New to artwork prep? Read the artwork requirements first, or let our engineers draw the dieline for you for free.
